Are you looking to stretch yourself?

You may be an experienced runner who’s looking for new inspiration to hit your stretch goal or just starting your journey and wanting to get off on the right foot. Whatever your reason for running, one thing is clear. You want to get the most out of it. 

I started running because I had always been an athlete in high school and needed something to fill that role when I got to college. When I started, I never thought that running would become as life changing as it has. From connecting with friends to achieving goals to setting examples for my children, running has provided a place of balance between the mental and physical. And I want to give everyone the chance to find their own passion for running. 

I believe that running should be empowering.

I believe that running should be stimulating.

And I believe that everyone deserves a running coach who can bring the best out of their athlete. 

I’m not an olympic athlete or a decorated collegiate champion. I am a lot like the average person who discovered that running could be a lot more than just trying to keep off a couple of pounds (though that certainly is a benefit!). And I believe that gives me the insight to help those who never saw themselves as a runner. I believe that anyone can become a runner and that sometimes it takes digging deeper than you realized to see it rise to the surface.

I started StretchRun coaching because the thing that can make or break a race or bigger picture, a life of passion for running, often comes down to your ability to push through your limits and push through your wall. I call that period of a race the stretch run - that moment when you see what you’re made of and you dig deep to find out that you’re stronger than you think.

Silver coaching

For the athlete looking for a customized training plan and weekly training review plus unlimited text/email support from a coach.

gold coaching

For the athlete who thrives on a customized running plan, daily training review and check in support, and ongoing unlimited contact with a coach for motivation and accountability, including phone and/or zoom calls.


Kelly @Stretchruncoaching is so amazing to work with! I have been a runner for a number of years but this was my first time trying to incorporate speed into my training regimen. My last race was 2.5 years ago and awful (slow time, felt terrible during, felt terrible after).
