At StretchRun Coaching we take your personal running goals seriously. Together we will design a customized training plan that fit both your training requirements and your budget. Tiered coaching as well as a-la-carte plans are available based on your desires and needs.
Bronze coaching - $80/month
Initial consult via phone and/or email to discuss goals and review the questionnaire/history
Personalized training plan via online training platform
No check-ins (including texts/emails) or modifications
One monthly check in via text/email to create next month’s plan
Pace and mileage based on current fitness but adjusted as fitness progresses
Racing strategy and pacing advice
Phone/zoom available as requested for an additional $50 per call
2 month coaching is required; after that There is no commitment to monthly coaching but a 10 day advance notice required if not continuing on, or the following month will be charged.
silver coaching - $110/month

Unlimited text/email access to coach
Unlimited training modifications as needed
Weekly training review
One monthly check in call, scheduled upon athlete request
Pace and mileage based on current fitness but adjusted as fitness progresses
